Welcome to Amy Echo. Here at AE, we work hard to provide you with beautiful works of clothing and we also strive to provide you with current fashions. Every item is created with care and Second Chance items that were not created by Amy Echo have been thoroughly inspected to ensure quality. We are constantly designing so check back often to find new and inviting delights.
Payment
We accept paypal and money orders/cashier’s checks. If you are paying with cashier’s check, please submit an order form. An invoice will be emailed to you with mailing details and a final price with shipping. All payments must be received within 7 days.
Shipping
All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Please allow 5-7 days for all off the rack items to be shipped. If you have purchased a custom item, please allow 12-14 days after your measurements have been sent, for your item to be created and shipped.
International Orders
If you are from an international country we will ship to you! Please order by submitting the order form. A paypal invoice will be sent to you, which will include your order total and a shipping price.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are accepted at Amy Echo. A full refund will be granted, shipping plus the cost of the item, so long as the item has not been shipped. If you request a refund and the item has been shipped, a refund will be giving after the item is returned (shipped back), however shipping will not be returned. Exchanges are permitted if you agree to pay for the shipping.
Custom Orders
If you would like an item that you do not see on the site, we can create something for you. If you provide a detailed description, a picture of a similar item, or if you can come by the Amy Echo studio, we can create anything that you would like. Custom orders will receive a quote price which does not include shipping. After items are negotiated, item price, due date, item design, a shipping price will be determined, and a set price will be offered. There are no refunds or exchanges for Custom items.
